Frequently asked questions

Why did my Winbox login fail?

Most login errors happen because of an incorrect username or password. Password fields recognise upper and lower case characters, so check whether Caps Lock is on. If you cannot sign in, click Forgot UID/Password located at the bottom right corner of the login screen to reset your password.

How does the second verification work on Winbox?

Before your first withdrawal, complete the mandatory second verification. You must top up at least RM100 and visit the Withdrawal page. The system sends a small odd sum like RM100.06. Submit that exact figure on the verification page. The review is completed within 24 hours.

How long do Winbox withdrawals take to process?

Winbox payout requests normally complete within 15 to 30 minutes. During busy periods or when account details undergo inspection, processing may require up to 1 hour. Requesting cash amounts in multiples of RM100, such as RM100, RM200, or RM500, helps reduce processing delays.
